Can I change or cancel my order- If the order has not shipped you may contact us via email or phone so we can process the order. Once it has shipped we might be able to stop the delivery however you will be responsible for the shipping cost since the product left our facility. 

Any returns made due to reasons outside with no fault to Hook’d Bait and Tackle will be refunded minus the cost of both-way shipping. This includes but not limited to wrong addresses, customers not present to accept delivery usually after multiple attempts made. Changed my mind on purchase and decided to refuse delivery or not accept etc. Customers have 14 days from the day they received the product to refund. The product must be in new condition and not used or open. Otherwise, it will be a final sale. With the exception of damage, we would allow for exchange for the same or similar product.
